Assembly

  1. Stuff the Head firmly before closing it. Stuff the Horns lightly so they stand up. Stuff the Body lightly so it keeps its cone shape and stands on its open edge.
  2. Sew the head to the body between Rnds 9 and 10. The closed end of the head (its last rounds) on the body's point, centred, the magic ring at the top, the body standing on its open edge.
  3. Sew the horns to the head at Rnd 3. One on each side of the top of the head, about 6 stitches apart, open end round, points straight up.
  4. Embroider the two black eyes on the head at Rnd 6 with colour B. On the front, about 5 stitches apart.
  5. Embroider the wide smile in backstitch on the head at Rnd 8 with colour B. Under the eyes, about 6 stitches wide, curving up at both ends.
  6. Embroider the two little fangs on the head at Rnd 9 with colour C. Just under the smile, one short straight stitch down on each side of the centre, about 2 stitches apart.
  7. Thread a length of colour A through the magic ring at the top of the Head and tie into a hanging loop.
  8. Weave in all ends.
