What you'll make
2 pieces (Candy, Wrapper End), 17 rounds in all, every round with its stitch count written at the end so you can check as you go.
Tips
- Work in continuous spiral rounds and move your stitch marker up every round.
- Count your stitches at the end of each round; the number in brackets is what you should have.
- Use a hook a size smaller than your yarn label suggests, so the stuffing doesn't show.

- Sew the wrapper ends to the candy at Rnd 1. Sew the narrow tip of the first Wrapper End over the centre of Rnd 1, with its open edge pointing away.
- Sew the wrapper ends to the candy at Rnd 10. Sew the narrow tip of the second Wrapper End over the closed centre of Rnd 10, opposite the first.
- Embroider the three straight stripes going round the ball on the candy around Rnds 5-7 with colour C. One on each of these rounds, all the way round.
- Thread a length of colour A through the top of the Candy at Rnd 6, halfway between the Wrapper Ends, and tie into a hanging loop so the candy hangs sideways.
- Weave in all ends.
