What you'll make
2 pieces (Mug, Foam), 16 rounds in all, every round with its stitch count written at the end so you can check as you go.
Tips
- Work in continuous spiral rounds and move your stitch marker up every round.
- Count your stitches at the end of each round; the number in brackets is what you should have.
- Use a hook a size smaller than your yarn label suggests, so the stuffing doesn't show.

Sl st in the next st to finish. FO, leaving a long tail.
Assembly
- Work the Mug firmly so it holds its cup shape; do not stuff it, it is meant to be open.
- Sew the foam to the mug at Rnd 12. Sewn flat across the open top, just inside the rim, like a layer of foam.
- Handle: with colour A, ch 9. Row 1: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook and in each ch across (8). FO, leaving a long tail. Curve it and sew one end to the side of the Mug at Rnd 6 and the other end at Rnd 11, so it arches out like a mug handle.
- Embroider the two small marshmallows on the foam at Rnd 3 with colour C. Two small padded knots sitting side by side on top of the foam.
- Thread a length of colour A through the rim and tie into a hanging loop.
- Weave in all ends.
