Privacy
Last updated October 16, 2026. Craftuary (craftuary.com) makes needlework patterns and lessons. This page says what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted. We never sell your data.
For visitors outside those regions we use the Pinterest tag, which tells Pinterest which of our pins led to a visit, sign-up or purchase. It uses a random visitor number stored in your browser; when you sign up or buy, Pinterest receives your email only as a one-way scrambled code (SHA-256 hash). We also use Grow by Mediavine, a save-and-bookmark tool that may set its own cookies, and Google Analytics to count visits (without Google signals or ad personalisation). None of these runs for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.
If we show ads in future, they will appear for visitors without a paid plan, and this page will name the ad partner before they start. Paid members see no ads.
Craftuary uses YouTube API Services. Our own publishing tool uses them to upload our videos to our YouTube channel and to read the public view, like and comment counts of our own videos for our daily report. It does not sign in to, read or store anything from visitors' YouTube or Google accounts. Some pages show YouTube videos in YouTube's own player. By watching or using YouTube content you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Counts we read are kept for at most 30 days, then refreshed or deleted. Anyone who has connected a Google account to a Craftuary tool can remove its access at any time in Google security settings.
Craftuary is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
E-Mail hello@craftuary.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete your account, projects, progress and mailing-list entry within 30 days and reply to confirm. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, are kept only as long as required.
